No black box. From the first call to the month after launch, every stage has a named owner, a written deliverable and a date — and all three appear in your portal the moment they change.

Discovery

A 45-minute call, free and with no obligation. We ask what the business needs to happen rather than which features you want, and we work backwards from there. If a spreadsheet would solve it, we will say so.

Proposal & agreement

A written scope with a fixed price, a delivery date and an explicit list of what is in and what is out. You read it in your portal, sign it with your own hand on screen, and it locks. Editing it afterwards requires both of us.

Design

Flows before screens, screens before code. You get a clickable prototype you can hand to a colleague, so the expensive changes happen while they are still an afternoon's work rather than a rebuild.

Build

Two-week sprints, each ending in a working preview on a staging URL you can open. Your portal progress bar moves as each sprint closes, and every deliverable lands in your files tab as it is finished.

Launch

Testing on real devices and real Tanzanian connections, then deployment, DNS, SSL, analytics and Search Console. We hand over source, credentials and a written runbook in the same week.

Care

Thirty days of warranty on everything we shipped, at no cost. After that, an optional care plan covering hosting, monitoring, backups and a monthly allowance of small changes — or nothing at all, if you would rather take it in-house.

What makes it different

The part most agencies leave out.

Any studio can list six steps. The difference is whether you can see which one you are on without sending an email — and whether the dates in the proposal survive contact with the build.

Progress is a number, not an adjective. Each milestone carries a percentage that our project manager updates as work closes. You see the same figure we do, the moment it changes.

The agreement locks when you sign it. If we later need to change the scope, the portal flags that the signed version no longer matches and asks for a fresh signature. Nothing changes quietly.

You hold the money until handover. Half up front, half when the work is in front of you and working. We carry the delivery risk, which is the way round it should be.
